It has come to our attention about the issue we had with our Duel Master (DM) event eliminination held on July 18 hosted by our event Game Master KeySight. The issue being raised is about our DM rules 4 & 5, you can read our official rules here.
- 4:) The GM will announce 5 minutes before each contestant's match, and warp the contestants to the GM Map.
- 5:) If a player is not online or responding during the designated match time, the GM will allow only 5 minutes grace period. More than the allowed time, it will result to a default disqualification.
This rule simply means our GM holding the event will do a GM announcement notifying the next match contestants for 5 minutes preparation before starting the event, and when one or both did not showup they will be given another 5 minutes grace period before a disqualifaction should be called.
now in the case involving -BAYAWAK- & Encore, our GM KeySight has prematurely called the disqualification base on our server logs shown below. Based on the logs our GM has not provided the 5 minutes preparation time and also called the DQ prematurely.

Now we are rescheduling our elimination continuation between -BAYAWAK- & Encore on July 25 at 10:00 PM, winner will fight He//oKiffy then the final winner will challenge our Empire Lord DM champion [N]eo[FX] on July 26 at 9:00 PM.
